It important for you to know what you want from a Personal Trainer, whether it’s someone to push you out of your comfort zone or introduce you to the gym as a newbie.

As a coach, Jess will support, encourage and educate you every step of the way. It’s important for clients to understand the programming and exercises that they go through.

Clients range from individuals, who to have never stepped foot in a gym, to fitness fanatics who have competing in several sporting events looking to push themselves.

Jess will always go that extra mile to make sure that you feel comfortable with every challenge along the way. She believes that communication is extremely important in any good working relationship.

About Jess

What you see is what you get with me. I am not one of those personal trainers who has amazing genes and hasn’t had to work for my body … it was quite the opposite.

I have always been surrounded by sports doing Gymnastics from a very young age then the typical schools sports at a high level varying from Hockey, Squash, Cross-Country and much more.

At University I went through severe depression, with the anti-depressants I was put on I had drastic weight gain.

It was only when I learned to love doing basics like walking and swimming again that I wanted to push myself and see what I could achieve.

I have  still have to work hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle and that is the commitment that I encourage my clients to have. Change or progress isn’t a quick process.

Have a target or something work towards, it can be that weekend away or a wedding.

Jess pushed herself out of her comfort zone last year and trained towards an underwear photoshoot to show her battle with depression and how she came out the other side.

Personal Training Services

1-to-1 Personal Training

1-to-1 sessions to achieve your goals. Getting guidance with Nutrition and a custom-made programme design to allow you to be progressing outside of sessions.

Sessions range from 45-60 minutes.

  • Bronze
    £160 pm
    One session per week, four sessions total for the month. Along with nutrition advice, custom programme, weekly adherence structure.
  • Silver
    £320 pm
    Two sessions per week, eight sessions total for the month. Along with nutrition advice, custom programme, weekly adherence structure.
  • Gold
    £400 pm
    Block of ten sessions for you to use how you like. Along with nutrition advice, custom programme, weekly adherence structure. (Must be used up within 10 weeks)

Pairs Training

Bring a partner with you and train together. Enjoyable yet hard working sessions which have proven popular. Optional choice to have basic Nutrition Guidance and basic programme design.

Sessions range from 45-60 minutes.

  • Bronze
    £120 per person, per month
    Four sessions per month along with optional nutritional support and programme design.
  • Silver
    £240 per person, per month
    Eight sessions per month along with optional nutritional support and programme design.

Pre/Post-Natal

Pre- and Post-Natal is an area that Jess specialises in. Getting great results with post-natal clients and keeping mums fit during their pregnancies.

Individuals will need to seek their doctor’s approval before undertaking training.

Sessions range from 45-60 minutes.

    £180 pm
    One session PT per week, total four per month. Guidance and support with training in and out of sessions. Nutrition and Supplement Advice. Programme design if you would like, along with social support on the facebook group Baby Bump Fitness. Weekly check-ins can also be arranged.
  • Silver
    £360 pm
    Two sessions PT per week, total eight per month. Guidance and support with training in and out of sessions. Nutrition and Supplement Advice. Programme design if you would like, along with social support on the facebook group Baby Bump Fitness. Weekly check-ins can also be arranged.
  • Gold
    £450 pm
    Block of ten sessions for you to use how you like (must be used within 10 weeks). Guidance and support with training in and out of sessions. Nutrition and Supplement Advice. Programme design if you would like, along with social support on the facebook group Baby Bump Fitness. Weekly check-ins can also be arranged.
