Pairs Training

Pairs Training can allow you and a friend to train together and achieve your goals. Optional programme design and nutrition guidance too.

Personal Training

1-to-1 Personal Training can help you achieve your goals with personalised sessions with Jess, as well as having guidance with your diet a custom programme designed for you to do when you’re not in a session.

Switch – Group Training

Switch is a female Only Group Training that is run several times a week. Being all female the members have similar goals and support each other through every challenge thrown at them.

About Jess

Jess is a vibrant and supportive Personal Trainer.

Having plenty of experience with a variety of clients, ranging from Marathon training to Pre-natal, Jess is able to adapt to your requirements and needs, whatever your goal is.

Having had her own fitness and weight loss journey, you will have a coach that will be understanding and empathetic.

I started training with Jess in July 2017. I was away on holiday and I was unhappy with how I looked. I already attended Lifestyle Fitness but I had no direction or plan for my sessions. I approached Jess as I had come across her Instagram and the videos she posted looked challenging but also enjoyable. I contacted Jess and she couldn’t of been more accommodating or helpful. I mainly wanted to get stronger and have fun with the sessions instead of them seeing like a chore. A few months on & I look forward to every session with Jess as she always devises a workout to challenge me (even though I do moan about body conditioning.) She goes above and beyond to create a workout plan that I’ll enjoy but also see results, she also switches exercises that I don’t particularly feel confident in doing on my own, to an exercise that I feel happy about. Since having Jess as a PT, she has changed my outlook on fitness and I now focus on getting stronger and healthier rather than physical appearance. When I first enquired about her services I only planned on staying for a few months so I could gain some advice but I now I consider Jess as not only a long term PT but also a good friend.
